Using this site

By using steelcityrpg.com you agree to these terms. The site is information about Steel City RPG, a tabletop roleplaying game community in Pittsburgh: our events, our numbers and how to take part. It's built and maintained for us by Threadline Advisory LLC (opens in a new tab).

Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break it, overload it, or scrape it in ways that harm it or other visitors.

Game Days and events

  • Event details (dates, times, venues, tables) can change. Meetup, or the partner's own page for a friend's event, has the latest, and its RSVP terms apply.
  • Our events happen at independent venues. Please follow each venue's own rules, and take care of yourself and your things.
  • Everyone at our tables agrees to play safe and kind: we use X-Cards and other safety tools on every table, and we don't tolerate harassment (the full Code of Conduct). Organizers may ask anyone who breaks this to leave an event or the community. To report a problem, tell an organizer or email safety@steelcityrpg.com.
  • Friends' events listed on this site are run by those groups, not by us, under their own rules.

Support and payments

Support through Ko-fi is voluntary and processed by Ko-fi under its terms. Where an event or table has a fee, the event listing says so before you sign up.

Our content

The site's text, design and the Steel City RPG name and logo belong to Steel City RPG. You're welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit; please ask before reusing anything more.

Game icons are by Lorc, Delapouite and contributors at game-icons.net (opens in a new tab), used under CC BY 3.0 (opens in a new tab). Partner and venue logos belong to their owners.

Game names and trademarks

Game names on this site, such as Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Daggerheart and others, are trademarks of their respective owners. We name them only to say what we play. Steel City RPG is an independent community and isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any publisher.

We link to Meetup, Discord, partner groups, venues and others. Those sites are theirs, with their own terms and policies.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site accurate and up, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Steel City RPG and Threadline Advisory LLC aren't liable for losses from using the site or relying on its information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
